Weekend wrap up - 15/16Sep

First - 

SEAHAWKS, BABY!



Was an up and down weekend.  NO weight loss according to my evil scale.  Showing i'm up a couple-few pounds.  Course, at one point during the week I was up by eight pounds - back to square one.

I hate it. I hate it.  I HATE it.  I need to - must be thinner.  Must loose these nasty 'hate-handles' (formerly love-handles) - and apart from that I have no hope to be desirable.   Sure I'll still like myself - but I need much more than 'me' to make it through life.  I require a partner.  Used to think that's a weakness - now I consider my desire to devote to be a strength.

    1. Thanks Trevor - I do not do much cardio - light cycling a few days per week.

  2. I don't see a whole lot veggies and greens in your diet :( Also, sodium is still pretty high... But you're doing great! Don't let the numbers dictate your success :)

    1. Thanks A2- I'm striving for about 2000mg/day; last month I averaged 2111 - do you think that's too much still?

      The numbers and visual appearance are the 'only' measure of success I have.

  4. You are your own worst critic, Darin. I think you are doing a fantastic job and if you didn't have peaks and valleys I would be concerned.
    Keep up the great work my friend. You will nail this.
